Adjustable bottom eye for three inch gates, allows easy adjustment of sagging/dropped gates. Fits 19mm Pin size & comes with a 19mm fully threaded pin.  I recommend you drill a 22mm hole into the gate to install as this allows for future gate swelling.  
The adjustable bottom hinge can also be used to make a gate rise as it opens if you have a slope on the driveway.
