The Adjustable bottom hinge allows the gate to be lifted easily if it ever drops, or allows the gate to rise or fall when opening. The adjustable Eye Plates can also be used to raise or lower the gate whilst opening or allow for gate warping at the shutting end to be taken up to some degree.
